This is a blend of herbs and oils to be used topically to help ease aches, pain and stiffness. Arnica has long been used to treat soreness and cayenne is a powerful pain stopper. Combined with ginger essential oil for an even stronger anti inflammatory effect.

Directions

Gently massage into skin where relief is needed, if more relief is needed apply again in 20 minutes. Use throughout day as needed.

Topical use only. Keep away from eyes and soft tissues. Wash hands after using to avoid accidentally getting it in your eyes.
