The reader can tell that The Wild Apothecary has taken such care in bringing this knowledge into everyone’s kitchen. The instructions are clear for the reader to understand with explanations. The list of tools that you need to help you get started are given. There are tips to read “ before you get started “ which I found very helpful! I have bought several products from Janet over the years, which I love and can’t live without. I am glad she has created such a wonderful book to share with us! I can’t wait to begin infusing oils and getting my Autumn medicine cabinet ready for cold and flu season!
