Questions

Before you begin

I've never made an infusion. Is this for me?
Yes. It's written for a first jar. It starts with what infusion is, walks through every decision before you begin, and then gives you both methods step by step.
Do I need special equipment?
Almost certainly not. Clean mason jars, cheesecloth or unbleached coffee filters, a funnel, and a double boiler or crock pot if you want the quick method. Most of it is already in your kitchen.
How do I get the guide?
It's a PDF, sent the moment you check out. Nothing ships and there's no subscription. Read it on your phone in the kitchen, or print the recipe pages.
What if something goes wrong?
Just reach out and we'll make it right, whether that's trouble downloading the file or a question once you start your jar. Because it's a digital download, we can't offer refunds once it's been delivered.
