Berry Good Glow Mask Recipe

Berry Good Glow Mask Recipe

I love a good honey mask. Sometimes its simply raw organic honey all by itself working its magic to leave skin soft and hydrated. Sometimes its honey mixed with colloidal oatmeal for an extra soothing effect or mixed with kaolin clay for its mild cleansing and gentle ability to draw toxins form the skin.

But as summer rolls around its nice to add a little more nutrients to the mix with recipes that cool, calm and hydrate. Skin is often exposed more in the summer, the days are longer, the sun is brighter, and we spend a more time outside in the elements and with that our skin needs a little extra love.

This berry good glow mask does just that. Honey combined with raspberry powder and rose powder for extra antioxidants and skin nourishment combined with just a dash of vegetable glycerin to draw and seal in moisture, this mask you leaves you soft and glowing.

Berry Good Glow Mask

4 tbs Honey

1 tablespoon Raspberry Powder

1 tsp Rose Powder

1 tsp Glycerine

Mix all ingredients together until well combined and store in a glass jar.

After cleansing your face, scoop a small amount onto fingertips and spread evenly over entire face. Leave on for about 10minutes, rinse clean with warm water. Follow with face mist and your favorite moisturizer or face oil.

For an extra brightening and gently exfoliating mask, whisk one tablespoon of the mask with one tablespoon of plain whole milk yogurt.
