Wild Yam Cream

Wild yam root is turned to for its potential hormone balancing effects and to encourage the healing of night sweats, hormone related insomnia, hot flashes, and the related aches, pains, stresses of menopause. Chaste berry (Vitex) has also been added for its hormone balancing effects.

Ingredients; Apricot Oil, Wild Yam root, Chaste Berry (Vitex), Jojoba Oil, Mango Butter, Lavender, Geranium, and Ylang Ylang Essential Oils 

Use one teaspoon sized scoop on wrists and/or inner thighs morning and night. Stop during your cycle.

You’ll need to wait at least 6weeks to see if it’s working.
