Spring allergy soothing chest rub AND it smells SOO good
Allergies often need to be addressed from the inside, but this allergy relief balm applied to your chest and neck will help clear sinuses and airways and offer a bit of relief.
šæIngredients
1/4 cup Jojoba Oil
1 tbs Beeswax
7 drops Peppermint essential oil
7 drops Lavender essential oil
7 drops Eucalyptus essential oil
7 drops Frankincense essential oil
šæDirections to Make
~Melt the oil and beeswax over a double boiler
~Once melted remove heat, allow it to cool slightly before adding essentials oils
~Stir to combine
~Pour into jar or tin, once cool and hardened cover with a lid. Let set to make sure itās fully cool and solid.Ā
This recipe makes a 2oz tin and a little extra. I like to pour the extra in a 0.5oz tin and use it for hikes or traveling.

Do you have any recipes for expecting mothers and infants, like stretch mark salves, nipple butter, diaper rash, etc.? Thank you!!
